We have established a dedicated customer services department to handle all your enquiries relating to repairs, servicing work, supply of parts and product support advice on the operation of your RS Motorhome.

Our South Yorkshire facility is located between the M1 and A1 making it easily accessible from all parts of the UK.   We can also offer a vehicle collection and delivery service to ensure that you are without your vehicle for the minimum of time.   Our repairs and servicing facility covers an area of 10,000 square feet with its own dedicated technicians who have trained extensively on RS Motorhomes by spending time in all areas of production, thus ensuring they are fully conversant with our products.   Specialist support is always on hand from our in-house design team and the many varied production trades to ensure your vehicle is back on the road as quickly as possible.

We know from our experience with our customers that many of the vehicles we manufacture are used extensively throughout the year and we therefore recommend that your vehicle has an annual habitation check to ensure the correct and safe operation of all the systems and equipment.   At the other end of the scale we are able to carry out extensive refurbishment projects and major accident damage repairs.   With the majority of new production vehicle components being manufactured on site we can undertake all types of work.
