This year’s Western Motorhome Show in Malvern is expected to be the biggest ever, with more than 6,000 campers attending in more than 3,000 camper vans, motorhomes and caravans.

The event takes place at the Three Counties Showground, just off the A449 to the south of Great Malvern, from 18th to 20th August.

Entertainment

This year, there will again be a distinct country and western feel, with a huge variety of things to see and do. There will be four nights of live country and western music, featuring acts that include The Ian Highland Band, Dusty Rhodes and The Thornhills and Boxcar Kelly and The Railroaders.

Don’t miss the Lonestar Re-enactment Group, which has proved so popular in the past. It will once again be entertaining all comers with its unique 19th-century western camp and variety of live action performances.

There will also be a number of acts performing daytime music inside the food court, and for those who want to get physically involved, the Jolly Stompers will be on hand to give line dancing tuition.

On Saturday evening, the main headline event features The Dolly & Kenny Show and Steve Cherelle as John Denver.

Exhibition area

For motorhome enthusiasts who can drag themselves away from the dancing, the exhibition area will be a mecca. Check out the 450 new and used vehicles for sale, along with countless stalls selling all the accessories and gadgets that you can think of.

Prices

A camping pitch with access to the exhibition area and all four nights of entertainment costs just £52, and tickets for the headline act on Saturday cost £12 each for adults or £6 for children. Tickets can be pre-ordered when you book your pitch.
