The Role

This role involves all aspects of exterior coachbuilding and vehicle assembly work on bespoke luxury motorhomes. We are looking for someone with an excellent eye for detail and a hands-on approach to high-quality workmanship.

Duties will include:

  • Fitting windows, doors, skirts, locks, handles, fibreglass parts and trims
  • Vehicle assembly and exterior fitting work
  • Using a wide range of hand tools, power tools and workshop machinery
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings/blueprints
  • Completing work to the highest standards of quality and finish
  • Working independently and as part of a team
  • Supporting different areas of production when required
  • Some training will be provided for the right candidate.

 

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Experience in coachbuilding, vehicle assembly or similar manufacturing environment
  • Good practical skills using hand tools and power tools
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/blueprints
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Flexible and willing to assist across different projects
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Full UK Driving Licence

 

Desirable Experience

Experience in any of the following would be advantageous:

The successful candidate will be involved in the fabrication and assembly of bespoke luxury motorhomes, carrying out precision lightweight fabrication work to a high standard.

 

Duties will include:

  • MIG & TIG welding
  • Aluminium and mild steel fabrication
  • Coach building and vehicle body assembly
  • Fabrication of brackets and laser-cut chassis components
  • Working from technical drawings
  • Producing accurate, high-quality workmanship
  • Please note: This is not heavy fabrication work.

 

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in fabrication or coach building
  • Strong MIG & TIG welding experience
  • Experience working with aluminium and mild steel
  • Ability to work independently from engineering drawings
  • Excellent attention to detail

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable, skilled, and motivated individual to join our professional workshop team.

This role would suit someone with experience in joinery, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, or general multi-trade work who takes pride in producing high-quality workmanship. Motorhome or caravan experience is beneficial but not essential, as training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Servicing, repairing, and refurbishing motorhomes and campervans
  • Carrying out habitation checks and inspections (training provided if required)
  • Joinery work including fitting and repairing interior furniture and panels
  • Plumbing repairs and installation of water systems
  • Basic electrical work (12v & 240v systems)
  • Installing appliances and accessories
  • Damp testing, sealing, and carrying out repairs
  • General workshop repairs and refurbishment work
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace

Requirements:

  • Experience in joinery, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, or similar hands-on trade
  • Strong practical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good work ethic, reliability, and punctuality are essential
  • Willingness to learn motorhome-specific skills such as habitation checks
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
  • Motorhome, caravan, or habitation check experience is beneficial but not essential.

Monday–Thursday: 8:00am–5:00pm
Friday: 8:00am–4:30pm
Overtime available

Job Summary:

We are seeking an organised Automotive Service Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the admin tasks within the service department, including booking appointments, managing customer communication, advising on repairs and costs, ensuring accurate invoicing and payments and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephones and greet customers, providing excellent customer service.
  • Schedule service appointments and manage the service diary.
  • Prepare repair orders and ensure accuracy of information.
  • Process invoices and payments, maintaining accurate records.
  • Liaise with technicians and parts department to ensure timely completion of repairs.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Assist with warranty claims and other administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Placing orders for parts that are required.

Qualifications:

  • GCSEs including Maths and English; preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an automotive service environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office.
  • Knowledge of automotive service procedures and terminology is a plus.

  • Clean/wax and prep moulds for lay up.

  • Display excellent attention to detail whilst working to a variety of specifications.
  • Working as part of a team or independently when required.

Criteria:

  • Experience in mould making would be an advantage
  • Skilled in preparing moulds for production from patterns
  • Full UK Driving License.
  • Flexibility and desire for occasional overtime.
  • Willingness to adapt to different projects.
  • Positive attitude towards the wider workforce.
