Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Production Coordinator to support our motorhome manufacturing operations. This role coordinates production activities across multiple assembly stages while working closely with the Design and Engineering teams to ensure that motorhome designs are manufacturable, accurate, and executed efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and experienced in vehicle manufacturing environments.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Manufacturing Production Manager in coordinating all phases of motorhome production, including chassis preparation, body assembly, interior installation, electrical, plumbing, and final finish.
  • Develop, maintain, and adjust production schedules to support build plans, design changes, customization requirements, and delivery deadlines.
  • Liaise closely with the Design and Engineering teams to review drawings, specifications, and change orders, ensuring designs are production-ready and aligned with manufacturing capabilities.
  • Communicate design updates, revisions, and technical requirements to the production floor and ensure changes are implemented accurately.
  • Coordinate with materials, purchasing, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of components such as chassis, cabinetry, appliances, wiring harnesses, and exterior panels.
  • Manage production logistics, including inbound materials, outbound finished motorhomes, and coordination of equipment maintenance.
  • Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues related to materials, design changes, or quality concerns.
  • Support quality control processes by ensuring inspections, testing, and documentation are completed at each stage of motorhome assembly.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards, including applicable vehicle and DOT requirements.
  • Maintain accurate production records, including costs, materials usage, work orders, invoices, and build documentation, using ERP and production management systems.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the production and design teams as needed.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing coordination, preferably within motorhome or vehicle manufacturing.
  • Experience working with design or engineering teams and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and bills of materials.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across production, design, and supplier teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/MRP systems for production planning, scheduling, and inventory control.
  • Experience with the Progress Plus manufacturing system is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with vehicle systems or lean manufacturing practices is an advantage.

Hourly Rate: £14.00 -£16.00 (dependent on experience)

Hours: 41.75 per week, Monday to Friday.

Contract Type: Permanent

We are looking for individuals who have an excellent eye for detail, who have experience in all levels of coachbuilding who has some mechanical knowledge, some training will be given.

  • Using a large range of machinery and hand tools.
  • Fitting of windows, doors, skirts, locks, handles, fibre glass parts and trims,
  • Completing individual jobs to the highest standard.
  • Read Tech drawings/blueprints
  • Display excellent attention to detail whilst working to a variety of specifications.
  • Working as part of a team or independently when required.
  • You will also be required to perform different tasks as and when necessary.

Criteria

  • Full UK Driving License.
  • Flexibility and desire for occasional overtime.

  • Working as part of a team or independently when required.

Criteria:

  • Experience in mould making would be an advantage

We now have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a highly motivated Loom & Electrical panel Builder to join our dedicated, friendly and hardworking team.

The Role

As a Loom & Electrical Panel Builder, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing a wide range of electrical systems for motorhomes and other vehicles. This is a varied role, ideal for someone with a strong knowledge in auto-electrical work and an interest in specialist vehicles such as motorhomes and campervans.

Your duties will include:

  • Working with wiring looms, harnesses, alternators, starters, batteries, lighting systems, and sensors.
  • Installing and maintaining motorhome electrical systems (chargers, inverters, solar panels, leisure batteries, control panels).
  • Carrying out diagnostics and fault-finding using OBD tools, multimeters, and oscilloscopes.
  • Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Installing and maintaining vehicle electronics such as CCTV, trackers, alarms, and audio/entertainment systems.
  • Ensuring all work complies with health & safety regulations and industry standards.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Strong knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and ability to carry out fault-finding, diagnostics, and repairs.
  • Familiarity with CAN bus systems, ECU diagnostics, and vehicle wiring standards.
  • Confident using diagnostic tools (OBD scanners, multimeters, etc.).
  • Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Parts Assistant to join our motorhome manufacturing team. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth flow of parts and materials throughout the production process. The successful candidate will support manufacturing operations by receiving, organsing, issuing, and tracking parts required for motorhome assembly, while working closely with our Procurement Officer to maintain accurate stock levels and timely supply. The role will also involve collecting parts from suppliers as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming parts and materials.
    Pick, pack, and issue parts to the production floor according to work orders and build schedules.
  • Maintain organised and accurate inventory storage locations.
  • Assist with stock control, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
  • Work closely with the Procurement Officer to communicate stock requirements, shortages, and delivery updates.
  • Collect parts and materials from local suppliers as required, ensuring safe and timely transport.
  • Support purchasing activities by providing inventory data, usage trends, and parts availability information.
  • Coordinate with production, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of parts.
  • Update inventory and transaction records using ERP systems.
  • Prepare parts for internal transfer or external shipment as required.
  • Identify and report shortages, damaged goods, or discrepancies.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and handling procedures within the warehouse and production environment.
  • Support general housekeeping and continuous improvement initiatives within the parts and stores area.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a parts, stores, warehouse, or manufacturing support role preferred.

    Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Basic computer skills, including experience using inventory or ERP systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Clean, full driving licence required to collect parts and materials.
  • Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain) is an advantage.
